2018 Annual Business Meeting

Delegates Information   

Please read the booklet posted below before the meeting.  There will be printed copies at the meeting.

Please register for the meeting so we know how many to prepare for.  Lunch is available.

If you are unable to physically attend the business meeting in Woodburn, the following is an option:  

TO PARTICIPATE & VOTE BY WEBINAR (ZOOM)
For delegates to participate by webinar, we need to have their name(s) and email address (If we don’t already have it). Either email districtoffice@nullorwacog.org or call our office at 800-873-7729.  Once we have that information, we will email a link to register for the webinar. The delegate will then need to register using the computer or iPad they intend to use when they vote Very important!

Once they register, we will send them an “approval”. Only names/email addresses registered and approved will be allowed to vote by webinar. Please note that delegates sharing a computer will only be allowed one vote. Separate computers are necessary for EACH delegate to vote.

 

TO PARTICIPATE & VOTE IN PERSON
For delegates to participate and vote in person, we need to have their name(s) and email address. Although we have this information from some of the churches, there are still several that have not turned that information in. There is no charge to attend.
There will be lunch in between the business meeting and the Ministers Meeting. There is no charge but a donation of $5 to help with the cost of food is suggested.  Please register to help in knowing how much food to prepare.
