Important Information – Online Registration closes Thursday, July 29th at noon.  Any registrations after that date must be done in person on the campgrounds.  There is no guarantee that food service will be available to those registering after July 29th at noon.  Our cooks are working on the food count received by Thursday.  Thank you for understanding.

COSTS/DONATIONS

  • One of our founding principles is that finances should not deter anyone from attending campmeeting. We are first and foremost a donation-supported organization. We receive offerings during the worship services and donations during the meals. Registration fees charged basically help cover most of what we are charged by the host site and DO NOT cover other expenses like program costs or food. We even offer a “family max” as we don’t want costs to overwhelm anyone. If you cannot afford the registration fees, please contact us directly (steve@nullhoodview.church) and we can offer scholarship assistance.

MEALS

  • SPECIAL DIETS: If you have special dietary restrictions or allergies, it is strongly recommended that you bring your own food. We won’t be offended.

 

ONSITE LODGING OPTIONS – For those desiring to stay on-site overnight, there are several options:

  • CAMPING: You can bring your own RV, trailer or tent. Sites have power and water and select sites have a sewer option. There also is a dump station on-site, if needed. Two shower houses are located on-site with sinks, toilets, and showers.

 

  • CABINS: A limited number of cabins are available that sleep from three to eight people. A few even have restroom capabilities. One has handicap access. Reservations will be handled on a first come, first-serve basis. Two shower houses are located on-site with sinks, toilets, and showers. (Please note: If more requests are received than availability, lodging in Centennial Lodge will be the default option.

 

  • LODGE: There are a limited number of rooms in a two-story lodge that sleep from two to four people. Each floor has a men’s and women’s restroom (sink and toilet). A shower house is conveniently located next door.

NOTE: Cancellations will be allowed up to two weeks prior to campmeeting (July 18) MINUS any credit card fees/costs.

  • YOUTH PROGRAM:  There is a special youth program each morning Monday-Thursday with Marshall Snider and the worship band from Albany.  Youth and leaders need to register online and the cost is $75 for each person which covers lodging, program and food.  Youth will need to check with the leaders from their church to coordinate their lodging and supervision and the following forms will need to be received by the District Office no later than July 28th.  (Mail to: Association Office, 715 S River Street, Newberg, OR 97132  or email to: Districtoffice@nullorwacog.org).

    Background checks are required for all leaders by July 23rd.  Call the District Office @ 503-393-3510.

**NEW THIS YEAR from Oregon Christian Convention Camp & Retreat Center

  • Mandatory $5 fee per person/per day for groups with DAY USE attendees (individuals not spending the night)

ONLINE REGISTRATION

  • For overnight reservations, you will be purchasing a ticket for EACH day you want to stay.
    • EXAMPLE: Two of you want to stay overnight Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. You would mark “2” in the drop down for Sunday Overnight, “2” in the drop down for Monday Overnight, & “2” for the drop down on Tuesday Overnight.  A list of lodging/meal choices will pop up for each person for each day.  
    • We appreciate your patience in completing all of the information.  It is very helpful for the staff to know how to plan for food & other needs. 
  • You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to register. 
  • After you have filled in the booking form below, click on the yellow/gold “PayPal check out” tab. 
  • Once you click on that tab, it will take you to a page with PayPal at the top. 
  • Click on the gray box towards the lower half of the page, “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. 
  • Once you have registered, you will receive an automated email receipt.
