Registration is required for all attendees at the 127th Church of God Convention.

- April 1 – June 14, 2015: $125
- June 15, 2015 or after: $150 NOTE: You may register up to 10 members of your immediate household, your pastoral staff, etc., or a combination on this form. All attendees, regardless of age, must be registered. A family pays full price for 2 registrations. Additional immediate family members living in the same household are complimentary but must be registered.
