2019 Luis Pato Vinha Formal Espumante, Beiras, Portugal Famille de Boel Exposure SSWFrom Bairrada pioneer Luis Pato, Vinha Formal is a single vine Blanc de Blancs from chalk laden vineyards planted to Maria Gomes (Ferno Pires). Traditional method with extended lees aging, it leans into Patos signature precision: bright orchard fruit aromatics, subtle herbal lift, and a driving mineral line.
